How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery to the UK 🇬🇧 takes an estimated 2-3 working days.

Delivery to Europe 🇪🇺 takes an estimated 3-5 working days. (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)

Delivery to the Rest of the World 🌎 takes an estimated 6-7 working days. (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK. Orders to Europe and the Rest of the World will have a delivery charge, you can view our full shipping policy here.

How do I make an order?

After browsing our collections and adding your chosen jewellery to the cart. You may fill in your payment details on checkout and then receive an order confirmation via email. If you have any questions feel free to contact our customer service team info@badshahjewellers.com at anytime.

Do I have to pay customs and/or import charges?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in the UK. Badshah Jewellers cannot be held responsible for any custom/import charges made in your country. We advise you to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you my have to pay an additional fee.

Returns and Warranty

How do I make a return?

To be eligible for a refund or replacement you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) in your order must be unopened, unused and accompanied by proof of purchase. If you have received a faulty/damaged order, click here to view our full return policy.

My order is damaged, what do I do?

We apologise if you have received a faulty, defective or damaged item(s) in your order. We take pride in ensuring our jewellery is handled with the utmost care from crafting, to packaging and delivering. However, circumstances may occur where a piece has a fault or was damaged in transit. If you have received a faulty/damaged order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
